Step 1: Choose the padel model
1. You could customize padel. Then we customize mold based on your design.It means your padel racket is more unique, creative that is different from others.
2. You could also choose models from our standard models.It means you could save mold cost and shorten the communication and production time.
Step 2:Choose the surface material
1.There are different types of surface, such as UD, 3K, 12K, 18K.
2.The more K the carbon will have, the more rigidity it will bring to the racket.
3.3K is softer than 12K and 18k carbon.
4.A softer touch will bring more comfort, elasticity and forgiveness.
5.Hard faces give more power and precision if you already have a good technique.
Step 3: Choose the core material EVA color
1.The core material is EVA.
2.The normal hardness of EVA is 17.
3.The color of EVA could be white or black.
4.You could choose the EVA color based on your specific design of your padel rackets.
Step 4: Accessories
1. Colors of overgrip, back cover, racket wrist rope could be chose based on your preferences and design of your rackets.
2. Logos could be printed if necessary.
